Perthshire Residents to save £30

The group behind the award-winning Heartland Festival have announced a ‘locals’ ticket discount for their new Perth-based event, Replay.

Fresh from their runners-up prize at the Scottish Live Music Awards for Festival of the Year, the Heartland team has moved to reward locals for the overwhelming response to their new event in Perth, by slashing ticket costs.

A weekend ticket will now cost £70, a saving of just over £30, with local residents set to enjoy performers such as Natalie Imbruglia and Blue as well as Altered Images and D:Ream.

Bay City Rollers, 10cc, Toploader and B*Witched are also on the menu for the throwback festival on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th August at South Inch, Perth.

Community and family

Mindful of their place within the local community, the Heartland team want to ensure Perth and Kinross residents get the opportunity to enjoy the event, which they hope will become a fixture in the arts calendar, just as Pitlochry’s Heartland Festival has.

Sales and Marketing Director, Simon Clark, said: “The support we have had since we launched has been amazing. Our initiative is to make sure that local people can enjoy a fantastic weekend of live music for just £70 right on their doorstep.

“We also want families to feel welcome, which is why under 13s can attend for free. It’s a safe, family-friendly environment located right in the heart of the city.”

In order to take advantage of the discount, Perth and Kinross locals can visit www.replayfest.co.uk and enter their postcode at check-out.
