Plans submitted for visuals

Pitlochry residents can get a feel for how their new £8.75m Tesco will look when complete, with the food giant submitting plans for their signage.

The building itself, which is now beginning to emerge at the site, is subject to a separate planning but Tesco, who will lease the finished building, has now applied for advertisement consents for the 27 600 sq ft project.

Drawings show a free-to-use ATM which will be welcomed by the local community, as well as configurations for parking.

Commentators on Perthshire Business News social sites have been largely positive about the coming supermarket which will add to the food choices in the town.
